Must have suitable knowledge of removal, installation, and setup of rendering equipment, to include but not limited to conveyors, pumps, cookers, hydrolyzers, presses, power transmission components, steam traps, ramps, catwalks and piping. Must have the ability to perform basic electrical work and use basic electrical tools including a digital multi-meter, wire/unwire 3 phase motors, basic single-phase terminations etc.
