Working closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Business Operations teams, the engineer will support programs from development through full-rate production, improve inventory accuracy and throughput, balance resources across multiple sites, and implement continuous process improvements using techniques such as Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, and Line Balancing to drive world-class warehouse performance. The position requires a hands-on, results-driven professional who can quickly ramp up with minimal onboarding, identify and resolve production bottlenecks, analyze warehouse and manufacturing processes, conduct time studies, develop data-driven operational improvements, and create tools, metrics, and KPIs to monitor production health.
