Job Requirements • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent • Experience with CincinnatiMilacron machines preferred • Experience with Theason Extruders preferred • Strong mechanical aptitude • Proven work experience with electrical and mechanical components • At least one year of industrial maintenance experience preferred • Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members • Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to diagnose and fix problems • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, air, and fluid valves, solenoids, motors, starters, breakers, pumps, material flow limit switches, welding, and torches is a plus • Knowledge of plastics extrusion processing is a plus • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Job Responsibilities • Installing and assembling new machines and equipment • Maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing machine failures • Installing replacement parts such as vacuum pumps, hydraulic pumps, and hydraulic hoses • Using power tools and different hand tools to complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders • Following industry best practices, SOPs, LOTO procedures, and other safety guidelines • Logging performed maintenance work through either paper documentation or a CMMS.
