Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, preferred MBA or advance degree • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, brand activation, or omnichannel campaign roles • Proven track record leading integrated paid media campaigns across META, Google, programmatic, influencers, and CTV • Strong understanding of digital KPIs, media analytics, reporting dashboards, and testing frameworks • Experience managing creative production, PRC/med-legal review, and cross-functional approvals • Demonstrated experience managing direct reports, agencies, and complex timelines • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder leadership skills.
