Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience leading cross-functional projects required Knowledge of Project Management Institute (PMI) and change management methodologies and frameworks required Experience applying project management methodologies and managing project goals, schedules, and outcomes required Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet required Strong understanding of software-as-a-service platforms, healthcare data, cloud environments, system integrations, APIs, DevOps practices, and change and release management required Basic understanding of data architecture, data flows, and extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes required Demonstrated stakeholder management experience and ability to establish effective cross-functional relationships required Experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools to automate reporting, develop dashboards, and improve project transparency and workflow efficiency required Experience coordinating offshore and nearshore teams to support project execution and operational activities required Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferred For Information Technology Only: Minimum of three (3) years of experience working within healthcare environments, preferably supporting provider or payer organizations For Business Implementation Only: Minimum of three (3) years of experience working within healthcare environments, preferably supporting multiple operations & technology implementations in a health plan space Experience supporting Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Dual Eligible, or other managed-care programs. Business Implementation Only: Leads assigned technology implementation projects supporting VNS Health Plans operations and strategic priorities from initiation and requirements through solution design, build, testing, implementation, go-live, stabilization, and project close.
