The ISSM leads a team of cybersecurity professionals and works closely with Program Managers, system owners, engineering teams, system administrators, Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs), Information Systems Security Engineers (ISSEs), and government security authorities to ensure cybersecurity requirements are effectively implemented and maintained throughout the system lifecycle. In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and California's Equal Pay Act, the salary range for this role is ~$130,000 - $170,000; however, PeopleTec considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and critical skills.
