As a member of the Facilities Services leadership team, the MAD Manager contributes to operational planning, budget oversight, performance reporting, and departmental decision-making, while serving as designated essential personnel during campus emergencies, severe weather events, and operational disruptions to support emergency response, recovery efforts, and continuity of critical campus services. Working collaboratively with Facilities Services departments, Business & Finance Solutions, Planning, Design & Construction, campus stakeholders, and external vendors, this position ensures the timely acquisition and availability of materials, equipment, and resources needed to support maintenance, custodial, grounds, utilities, construction projects, and other operational activities.
