The Director will work closely with senior leadership, sales/development teams, engineering, procurement, operations, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, within scope, and at targeted profitability. They should be comfortable managing a large project portfolio, leading teams through complex projects, working with senior customers and executives, and driving accountability for safety, schedule, quality, profitability, and cash flow.
