Skills and Attributes: • Strong knowledge of IaC and configuration management tools (preferred: Ansible, Terraform) and source code management (preferred: GitHub, GitLab) • Excellent technical problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail • Effective communication across all levels using presentations, technical reports, and executive summaries • Vendor management experience including FinOps reporting, POC evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, and product roadmap feedback • Proven ability to analyze complex problems, identify requirements, and develop alternative solutions • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and constructive relationships across all organizational levels • Experience leading design, development, testing, and deployment of applications/systems using proven or emerging technologies • Ability to manage diverse staffing models (employees, contractors, consultants), support various work locations (office, remote, hybrid), and assess gaps in training, skillsets, and team dynamics.
