educational specifications, permits, project schedules, cost analysis, purchasing/bid time and construction, etc.) for the purpose of providing them to architects, contractors, specialists, construction management firms, etc. for selection and awarding of contracts; creates District-wide multiyear capital construction/improvement plans for the purpose of understanding and preparing for District enrollment and academic change. Works collaboratively with Facilities, Transportation, Procurement, Environmental and other District central offices to provide the appropriate infrastructure for the successful delivery of the District's educational programs; plays a key role in the implementation of the District's Facilities Master Plan, its multi-year program to close, renovate, consolidate and revamp the entire School Facilities platform.
