Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategic relationships with assigned wholesale accounts to understand their needs and focus on increasing salesExpand the wholesale customer base by adding new wholesale accounts to achieve sales and growth objectivesQualify new opportunities, overcome objections, negotiate, and close businessResolve customer issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfactionLead all aspects of the inside sales cycle to help expand customer revenueProvide pricing and product availability information to customers to ensure needs are being metSource new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and inbound leadsDevelop leads and referrals by researching account prospects, identifying key players, and generating interest in Life ExtensionIdentify revenue potential for all assigned accountsPerform effective online demos with existing accounts and new prospectsCreate marketing and promotional plans that are specific for an individual accountCollaborate with Wholesale Education Specialists to provide training for assigned accountsMeet or exceed quarterly sales goalsResponsible for timely and accurate customer follow-upPrepare account sales reports and manage budgets, as assignedParticipate in bi-weekly wholesale team meetingsMinimal travel required ( 2 onsite days per week is an essential function of this roleAdditional duties as assignedPosition Requirements:3+ years of experience in sales capacity; Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of experience in the natural products spaceProven experience working with customers across a broad spectrum of culturesExcellent communication skillsFlexibility to work to accommodate accounts in other time zonesExperience working with customers across a broad spectrum of culturesProven ability to negotiate and close business dealsHigh energy, drive, a sense of urgency, and a positive attitudeDetail oriented with superior time management skillsAbility to manage shifting priorities in a fast paced, deadline-orientated work environmentProficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and ExcelProficient in CRM, Sales Reporting and Purchase Order entry systems preferred. The Inside Sales Manager places numerous outbound calls and conducts virtual meetings daily, with current and potential wholesalers.
