Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice, Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) - preferred, ICU experience - preferred, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications from approved vendors per organization policy, 1 year ICU experience preferred. Additional Information: The role includes responsibilities such as collecting relevant data, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating patient progress, collaborating with the care team, providing education to patients and families, participating in discharge planning, and delegating duties appropriately.
