Responsibilities: Processing contractor payments and change orders Preparing field assessments quality review Preparing takeoffs Review and incorporate historical data from contractors to produce productivity reports Maintain project records, daily reports, and correspondence Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contractor documentation Preparing and maintaining project documentation such as meeting minutes, sign-in sheets, etc Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project stakeholders Ensure compliance with NYSDOT procedures, specifications, and contract requirements Other duties as assigned Qualification & Skills: 10 years of REI/CI experience on infrastructure projects 5 years of experience working on NYSDOT projects preferred 5 years of Office Engineering experience preferred Knowledge and experience with web-based data management software, such as SiteManager, PIMS, Procore, ASITE, ProjectWise, etc Bachelor’s in Engineering OSHA 30 Experience working with public agencies required Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication.
