This role ensures adherence with SouthState Bank policies, facilitates effective communication among borrowers, builders, and internal teams, and mitigates risk through thorough monitoring, and decision-making. This position will utilize experience, completed inspections, the bank's construction lending & mortgage lending guidelines, and residential insurance loss policy to determine the amount of, approve, monitor, & track, disbursements associated with construction loans.
