Approves invoices for payment, attends pre-bid meetings, works with Resurfacing Supervisor in contractor scope of work updates, inspects resurfacing, dirt road paving and other contractual services of Road and Bridge within Osceola County rights-of-way to ensure all terms of contractual agreements are adhered to. This position is responsible for performing a variety of routine and complex technical assignments, relative to the construction field, with emphasis on road resurfacing and construction inspection, to ensure compliance with approved plans, FDOT specifications, Land Development Code, public safety, and other applicable regulations.
