Maintain overall responsibility for operational functions including order validation, order entry, order follow-up, customer inquiries, engineering, submittals, service operations, building automation operations, project management, technical support, warranties, claims, and resource allocation. This leader will be responsible for driving strategic objectives, supporting customer satisfaction, overseeing project development engineering teams, participating in preconstruction activities, and maintaining accountability for overall project financial performance.
