Preferred qualifications for this role include; 8 or more years of civil/utility construction inspection experience, experience with structural/mechanical/electrical construction inspection activities on small to larger sized infrastructure construction projects, NASSCO ITCP / PACP certifications, ACI or NICET certifications, OSHA 10 Safety and Confined Space Entry Training, and Active participation in a regional or national professional association. Role accountabilities: The Construction Inspector will observe and inspect construction work performed by contractors, perform punch list inspections, review drawings and specifications and other technical documents, prepare detailed daily activity and progress reports/photos and participate in project schedule and contractor invoice reviews.
