Responsible for servicing an assigned book of commercial business while mentoring under and assisting Account Managers and Producers with the workflow and servicing of multi-line accounts, in accordance with the practices, policies and procedures of the Company.

About the Role: The Insurance Broker – Risk Manager is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating organizational risk through the design, placement, and ongoing management of insurance and risk financing programs.
Webcam participation is expected during all instructor‑led TTEC and client‑required training, either throughout the session or at designated times, and is encouraged during coaching sessions to support meaningful connection and collaboration. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
The Underwriter's primary focus will be on growing and sustaining a profitable book of business through retail and wholesale insurance brokers in the assigned region, though business may be accepted from brokers nationwide. The Hartford's Environmental Division is seeking an Environmental Underwriter to underwrite operational and transactional site pollution business and Contractors Pollution Liability business.
