Main Activities: Leading and challenging the ERM work of your entity in preparation for and during Risk Committees; Challenging entities considering Company perspectives and external risks; Maintaining and coordinating the Cabin Risk Representatives network, and training any new members; Implementing tools to monitor entity maturity and challenging the associated improvement plans; Deploying awareness and training tools for risk management, in particular RiTO2 and backtesting; Ensuring the administration of the RiTO2 risk mapping database; Applying and updating RSK reference documentation; Actively participating in the Group Risk Management and Insurance Management networks, as well as Safran University training programs; Manage the entitys sinister claims, from reporting to case follow-up, in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
