This role partners with operational and leadership teams to monitor key performance indicators, strengthen revenue cycle workflows, and ensure compliance with payer requirements and applicable regulations. Produce and analyze monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting for internal and external customers to ensure timely processing of insurance claims, expected payer reimbursement, and key performance metrics such as days in AR.
