Special consideration will be given to candidates with prior legal experience personally litigating Life Sciences matters, particularly those with firsthand experience developing litigation strategy, working with scientific and expert evidence, conducting depositions, and preparing matters for trial. This role requires strong technical expertise in Life Sciences product liability, E&O/Professional Liability, coverage analysis, and litigation management, together with the judgment to develop and execute effective claim strategies with limited supervision.
