The ideal candidate will have strong insurance and claims management experience across multiple lines of coverage, experience working with insurance brokers and carriers, and the ability to support underwriting, policy renewals, audits, and risk management initiatives. This position will work closely with the Director of Risk Management and serve as a key member of the risk management team, with the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of M.C. Dean’s insurance portfolio, claims management processes, and risk transfer strategies.
