Essential Responsibilities: Ability to assist with general maintenance as assigned including but not limited to minor repairs to fixtures, flooring, basic plumbing, patch holes in walls, painting, perform minor masonry duties, interior and exterior painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and minor electrical work. Must have experience in general facility maintenance work and be able to multitask, work closely with others or work independently, manage their time, and maintain a clean work area.
