WHAT YOU'LL DOServe as the principal integrator across functional teams, including engineering, contracting, logistics, budget, business, test, and operations, to ensure unity of effort, consistent communication, and timely program executionActively support day-to-day program operations for the APM and the CAML teamDevelop and manage schedules, action trackers, and battle rhythm events to support program planning and executionTrack high-priority actions, milestones, risks, decisions, and leadership taskings to ensure accountability and timely closureMonitor and manage operational taskings from higher headquarters (AFPO, PAE, ASA(ALT), and others) to ensure timely responses and coordinated input from all stakeholdersSupport Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, and ad hoc meetings to document decisions and ensure follow-throughLead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for safety-related incidents or anomaliesAssist the APM in preparing high-quality presentations, leadership briefings, reports, and decision materials, including inputs to General Officer (GO)-level engagements and milestone reviewsDevelop and maintain program briefing charts, leadership updates, and decision materialsEnsure consistent and accurate program messaging across internal and external engagementsMaintain program-wide situational awareness of program performance, key risks, dependencies, and decision points, flagging critical issues to the APM and leadershipProvide continuity of operations during leadership absences and assist with onboarding new personnelCoordinate with internal Army organizations and external stakeholders to track actions, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with program objectivesIdentify emerging issues, dependencies, and decisions requiring leadership attentionSupport travel coordination, meeting logistics, and site visit planning for program events, including some travel to contractor and government locationsWHAT YOU'LL BRINGMaster's degree (MS or MA)10+ years in an Army acquisition environment supporting a project or product officeActive Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. CitizenshipSome travel to contractor and government locations is required.
