Professional Qualification: Possession of a Patent Agent Qualification Certificate is preferred; Take charge of the company's patent mining, layout, and application work; organize R&D teams to prepare patent technical disclosures, ensure the quality and quantity of patent applications, and enhance the company's technological competitiveness in the cell and gene therapy field; Track the examination progress of patent applications, coordinate with patent agencies and patent examination authorities, and promptly address patent examination opinions to ensure the smooth grant of patents; Maintain the company's granted patents, pay patent annuities on time to ensure patent validity, and prevent patent invalidation due to negligence.
