The Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst III plays a key role in helping Pharmacy leaders use data to improve performance across areas such as medication utilization, pharmacy operations, inventory management, specialty pharmacy, ambulatory pharmacy, 340B program performance, financial stewardship, revenue optimization, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives. This position partners directly with pharmacy leadership, operational teams, clinicians, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, define analytic questions, interpret data, and translate findings into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, operational excellence, financial stewardship, medication safety, and patient care outcomes.
