Prepare and upload journal entries to support monthly close activities • Perform account reconciliations and assist with resolving discrepancies • Conduct account analysis to support financial reporting and decision-making • Support strategic projects, including ERP implementation, contract analysis, and record retention initiatives • Document accounting procedures and assist in improving internal processes • Prepare schedules and provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits • Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as needed • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. • Strong Excel skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams • Interest in pursuing a career in corporate tax, public accounting, or finance.
