Network with senior leaders, associates, and other program interns to learn about our organization Tour Hussmann's 1.6 million square foot manufacturing facility, our Global Hub for hosting customers, and the R&D Lab where we test product quality Participate in community stewardship outreach, career development events, and other team-building offsite events Compete in our annual Ideation & Innovation Challenge Ideation & Innovation Challenge: Throughout the twelve-week program, all Hussmann interns will divide into cross-functional teams and compete with one another for the Hussmann Ideation & Innovation Challenge. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and work in industrial environments Ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate strong attention to detail Highly motivated and eager to learn Strong computer skills Ability to relocate, if not local Closing Date: October 31, 2026 Compensation: $25.00 per hour The summer internship will run from the third week of May through the first week of August.
