Interns participate in the same sales process, receive hands-on coaching, and are held to the same professional standards as full-time sales reps. You will gain firsthand experience in professional selling, objection handling, and closing, supported by group sales presentations led by experienced sales leaders and managers who assist throughout the process.This internship is designed for motivated individuals seeking exposure to a performance-driven sales career within the hospitality industry.<hr/><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Participate in daily sales operations alongside full-time Sales Representatives.</li><li>Engage with prospective customers and assist in presenting Capital Vacations’ vacation ownership products.</li><li>Learn and execute Capital Vacations’ structured sales process.</li><li>Work closely with Sales Managers and T.O.s to support deal flow and closing efforts.</li><li>Maintain professionalism, compliance, and attention to detail throughout the sales process.</li><li>Contribute positively to a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment.</li></ul><hr/><h3>Ideal Candidate Profile</h3><ul><li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Professional appearance with a competitive, driven, and coachable mindset.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a desire to learn consultative selling.</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.</li><li>Must live in or have secured housing in Myrtle Beach, SC. Invites and incentivizes guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.Essential Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations</li><li>Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour</li><li>Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines</li><li>Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits</li></ul>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time)</li><li>Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
