Under the supervision of the Department Chair, the Construction Technology Instructor is responsible for the classes in the program and duties that include course approval, scheduling, recruiting, laboratory training, safety, presenting lecture material, providing constructive feedback to students and faculty, coordinating logistical matters, developing, assessing, verifying and coordinating student progress. Required Education and Experience: Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Carpentry or Construction and three years of experience in or directly related to the carpentry or construction industry, or a Bachelor's degree in Carpentry, Construction, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited educational institution, PLUS three years' industry or teaching experience is preferred.
