Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility for overtime as needed. In office 5 days/week. Up to $31.25/hr. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Respond and follow up appropriately to reports of facilities problems and portal/email requests.</li><li>Ensure orderliness and cleanliness in "public" areas including reception, conference rooms, restrooms, and kitchens.</li><li>Communicate janitorial service requests to the Associate Director, Facilities and Administration and spot clean carpet, walls, and glass doors as needed.</li><li>Assist in maintenance inspections of facilities for safety hazards and regulation requirements.</li><li>Sort, log, and distribute mail and deliver packages.</li><li>Assist with set up and clean up (including catering and tables) for meetings, receptions, and special events.</li><li>Assist with office moves and prepare workstations for new employees.</li><li>Assist with production requests including copying/assembling binders and documents and communicating to ensure deadlines are met.</li><li>Maintain facility related spreadsheets and databases as needed. </li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>1+ years of experience directly related to general office, or facilities duties professional services experience preferred.</li><li>The desire to take initiative and actively contribute to the team and the firm.</li><li>The ability to communicate effectively and professionally.</li><li>Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firm's financial and operational functions.</li><li>The mindset to provide superior service.</li><li>Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office required.</li><li>High School Diploma </li></ul> Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
