This role oversees onboarding and offboarding, employee records and data management, annual renewals and LOO distribution, Continuing with KIPP (CWK), Summer Academy, Intern & Seasonal Staffing Administration, unemployment claims, employment verifications, Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) certifications, stipend administration, new hire swag management, and UKG support. Serving as a key partner to employees, school leaders, regional leaders, Payroll, Finance, and Talent teams, the Manager of People Operations - Employee Experience ensures the accuracy of employee data, the integrity of personnel records, and the efficient execution of HR processes while supporting workforce planning, retention, and organizational goals.
