Main Responsibilities: • Conduct daily microbiological testing on product made in the factory • Swab the environment for monitoring microbiological activity • Enter sensory and microbiological data into excel and SAP • Manage retains of samples tested, organization by date and disposal when needed • Responsible for inventory of supplies • Send out equipment for calibration and repair as needed.
