Provide technical assistance for user questions/issues on Windows 7, 8 and 10 along Microsoft Office 2010 through Office 365, M365. Install and perform minor repairs to computers and peripheral equipment within the office premises.

Field Desktop Support Tech- Bilingual in English and Korean Role: Full Time Shift Time: 12 noon- 8 PM PT Location: Orange County, CA Onsite/In-person Responsibilities: <ul><li style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:13px">Desktop support experience- troubleshooting, configuration, software installation</li><li style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:13px">Experience with ticketing system</li><li style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:13px">Review onboarding requests, review tickets and document issues</li><li style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:13px">Adept at M365, Windows, Active Directory, ticketing systems</li><li style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:13px">Provide troubleshooting and support to end users on a variety of issues- incidents and problems</li><li style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:13px">Provide technical assistance to the customer (Examples) - Password reset - Account information - Case number information - Adobe Reader issues - Brower issues - Technical computer issues - Internet connectivity</li><li style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:13px">Set up equipment for employee use</li><li style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:13px">Image computers using a variety of methods</li><li style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:13px">Install and perform minor repairs to computers and peripheral equipment within the office premises</li><li style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:13px">Strong networking skills- IDF/MDF, switches, routers, access point</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:13px">2-5 years of experience in software, hardware and network</li><li style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:13px">Provide technical assistance for user questions/issues on Windows 7, 8 and 10 along Microsoft Office 2010 through Office 365, M365</li><li style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:13px">Experience with of Windows, M365, PC and Printer configuration</li><li style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:13px">Strong customer service skills, detail oriented, and deadline driven</li><li style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:13px">Strong communication skills and client interfacing skills</li><li style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:13px">Enthusiastic and willing to take initiative</li></ul>Powered by JazzHR
