This internship includes specific projects as well as overall operations, making it an excellent opportunity to gain diverse hospitality experience.What Youll Do:· Oversee and actively participate in the daily operations of the tasting room and marketing.· Create memorable guest experiences from start to finish.· Demonstrate knowledge of our history, wine and the vineyards when answering guest questions.· Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the tasting room and outlying areas.· Consistently and effectively communicate needs.· Conduct guest transactions via our point-of-sale system.· Maintain stock and displays of tasting room retail items.· Set the tone for positive team collaboration and communication.· Assist in other operations as needed to contribute to the overall success of Ehlers· Create a Hospitality driven project to finish the program to be agreed upon at the beginning of the internship. As our Marketing Intern, you will report to our Marketing Coordinator and help bring the brand to life through events, collabs, and content that feel as fresh as our menu.
