Responsibilities: Under the direction of senior team members, the Systems Specialist I supports the full SDLC, including requirements review, development, technical documentation, testing, and delivery of system enhancements and new functionality, provides production support, researches and communicates identified system improvements, and continually demonstrates an increase in development skills within the Select Medical ServiceNow platform. The program includes 20 hours of classroom lecture, 460 hours of supervised work experience, weekly reading assignments, learning luncheons, and a tour of one of our local hospitals and outpatient clinics.
