The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction leader with demonstrated commercial general contracting experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining accountability for safety, scheduling, quality, and field execution. Experience with self-storage facilities, pre-engineered metal buildings, steel structures, light industrial buildings, flex-space developments, or similar commercial projects is highly desirable.
