This role serves as a central point of coordination between early-stage project management, engineering, contractors, purchasing, accounting, business management, and material vendors to ensure materials are properly forecasted, procured, received, tracked, transferred, and reconciled throughout the project lifecycle. The Material Manager plays a critical role in maintaining material visibility, minimizing delays, controlling costs, and supporting efficient execution of construction and operations activities.
