The employee must meet the following demands: • Physically: Stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. • Aid in the repair of movable and permanent equipment in the building as needed, including A/C, heating, electrical, lighting, plumbing, emergency generator, fire alarm, sprinklers, beds, wheelchairs, medical equipment, and lifts.
