Demonstrated experience with inventory management and inventory accuracy programs, distribution planning and replenishment processes, warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems, project management and continuous improvement initiatives, warehouse automation and process optimization, cycle count and auditing programs, data analysis and performance metrics, and cross-functional leadership and organizational change management. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field with three to five years of progressively responsible experience in distribution operations, inventory control, supply chain management, project management, warehouse operations, or logistics leadership.
