This leadership role balances the capability and guidance provided to Supervisors while also driving cross-departmental shift operations (shipping, receiving, inventory control, quality control, etc.) in a warehouse environment to meet safety, productivity, responsiveness, quality, people/labor and cost requirements. CCA manages the supply chain for service parts and maintains a warehouse network comprised of Processing Centers, Redistribution Centers and Parts Distribution Centers where vehicle parts flow to fulfill customer orders.
