Associate - Inventory I BelcanAssociate - Inventory IKent, WA$30–$32 / hourJob Summary: Inventory Management - Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately - Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits - Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) - Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages Material Handling & Storage - Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment - Organize and store products in designated locations - Safely operate PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers - Load and unload trucks and containers Warehouse Operations - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations - Assist with receiving inspections and quality checks - Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals Qualifications - 2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience, including an industry with receiving and inventory functions.
