Performs robust and hands-on inventory reviews to include stockouts and items at risk of stockouts, inventory optimization, ABC classifications, forecasting demand based on planned activities or seasonality, supplier stocking programs such as VMI and Consignment opportunities, unfulfilled or canceled work order reservations and affected inventories, surplus stock, and obsolete stock. The Inventory Controller acts as the primary interface between Maintenance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability, inventory, and replenishment decisions are aligned with equipment criticality, lead time risk, supplier capability, and site execution priorities.
