Process General business license, Temporary Vendor, and Mobile Food Truck applications; this includes the following: • Determining jurisdiction from location of business • Assisting applicants on requirements and with completing application and forms • Classifying businesses based on type, gross income, and number of employees • Calculating fees by classification code to determine Occupation Fee • Collecting payment and issuing receipt • Creating a Business License account number and appropriate licenses using computer • Preparing, reviewing and processing applications and payments with speed and accuracy • Verifying all receipts and payments are balanced and reconciled • Scanning and filing applications, payments pending, refunds and other Business License documents and forms.
