Strong knowledge of financial and real estate concepts, such as joint venture partnerships, net present values, internal rates of return, and cap rates, as well as the ability to create and modify cash flow models (with and without debt financing, distribution waterfalls) using Argus and Microsoft Excel. Collaborate with the Data Center Investment Officer and their team to drive deal flow by identifying and developing data center opportunities, including green-field land acquisition, development, and value-add redevelopments.
