Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Strong client facing skills • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications • Well-developed analytical skills • Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus.
