Job Details Key Responsibilities <ul><li>	Cash Management: Monitor and manage the company's daily cash position, ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and investment requirements. </li><li>	Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cash flow statements, liquidity ratios, and forecasts. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. This includes developing and maintaining a 13-week cash forecast.</li><li>	Coordinate with the accounts payable and receivable teams to optimize the timing of payments and collections.</li><li>	Banking Relationships: Maintain and develop relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Negotiate terms and conditions for banking services and manage banking fees and expenses.</li><li>	Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to treasury activities. Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices.</li><li>	Systems and Processes: Develop and implement efficient treasury systems and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Utilize treasury management systems and financial software.</li><li>	Special Projects: Participate in or lead special projects related to treasury operations, such as mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and bank consolidations.</li></ul> Required Skills and Qualifications <ul><li>	Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. Certified Treasury Professionals (CTP) are preferred.</li><li>	Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field. </li><li>	Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound recommendations.</li><li>	Financial Modeling: Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis.</li><li>	Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.</li><li>	Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.</li><li>	Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with treasury management systems and financial software.</li><li>	Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.</li><li>	Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>	Ethics and Integrity: High ethical standards and integrity in financial management and business practices.</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
