The Impact: As an Investment Operations Analyst, you will work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including internal operations, legal, compliance, external venders, fintech platforms, and financial advisors on a comprehensive range of offerings. As an Investments Operations Analyst on the Alternative Investments Product team, you'll support a growing range of offerings, such as private placements, interval funds, and tax-efficient strategies.
li>Working with Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates within the Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets and M&A product groups, Sponsor Coverage and Corporate Banking relationship teams to develop new business ideas, pitch strategies or transaction financing scenarios to help corporate clients and financial sponsors achieve their financial and strategic objectives. You will thrive in this role through your ability to work on multiple projects and transactions concurrently, and you will work directly with senior professionals supporting acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, restructurings, refinancings, and equity raises.
Daily responsibilities include resolving trade breaks, monitoring corporate actions, and maintaining clean position and cash records across a broad set of managed accounts. This role sits at the intersection of portfolio management and back-office infrastructure, providing critical support across trade settlement, reconciliation, and reporting functions.
