Responsibilities:Leads the credit analysis process with the support of other analysts and associatesPartners with Credit Officers, Relationship Management, and Risk teammates to understand structuring needs and requirementsMonitors operating performance and financial condition, proactively identifying issues and opportunitiesAssists in delivery of financial modeling, loan structure, industry, economic, and other analyses to team members to support the loan decision-making processReviews work of junior teammates to provide feedback/coaching and ensure compliance with laws, rules, regulations and policy procedureMay have primary coverage responsibility for a portfolio of clients with limited complexity and credit approval for certain credit actionsParticipate in loan structure conversations and completion of loan documentation with internal/external legal partnersUnderwrite and obtain credit approval for marketable securities loan products, including detailed collateral analysis across control/restricted stock, REIT operating units, exchange funds, and derivative securitiesPartner with Global Wealth and Investment Management client teams to support credit requests, participate in upfront deal discussions, and negotiate loan structures and covenants aligned with creditworthiness and risk appetiteProactively manage the deal pipeline to ensure timely progression of new and existing complex transactions or portfolios, completing and reviewing credit analysis, evaluating risks, and writing financial analysisRequired Qualifications:3-5+ years of commercial and/or private wealth management credit experienceStrong financial analysis, accounting skills, and deal structuring for borrowers with complex balance sheets and income streamsStrong negotiation and communication skillsOrganized and detail oriented with ability to multi-task, with prior experience in a high-volume production environmentProficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build business partnerships with risk, services and client teams who may not be co-locatedDesired Qualifications:Formal Credit Training and/or Commercial/Wealth Management credit experience preferredBachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or economics preferredExperience with marketable securities lending preferredSkills:Attention to DetailCredit and Risk AssessmentFinancial AnalysisUnderwritingWritten CommunicationsAnalytical ThinkingCredit Documentation RequirementsFinancial Forecasting and ModelingRecording/Organizing InformationBusiness AcumenCollaborationCollateral ManagementLoan StructuringPrioritizationShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
