Partner with research and development, sales, marketing, operations, and finance to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.Success in this role requires strategic business insight, the capability to communicate effectively at the executive level, and rigorous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Set a multi‑year strategy for the radio frequency portfolio that aligns with corporate goals and market realities.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Own portfolio choices across the three product lines, including platform strategy, modular architectures, software, and services.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Build market maps and customer segmentation; size opportunities; develop scenarios and investment plans.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Establish a system for competitive and technology intelligence and convert insights into action.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Drive annual and quarterly portfolio reviews.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Represent the portfolio in executive and board reviews with concise narratives grounded in data.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Lead a high‑performing global team of product managers, strategy analysts, and program leaders; hire, coach, and develop talent.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Engage directly with strategic customers, standards groups, and partners to inform roadmaps and secure design wins.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Support mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, from target scans through diligence and integration planning.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Track performance through clear key performance indicators, including revenue growth, gross margin, product vitality dashboards.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Fifteen or more years in radio frequency test and measurement or adjacent sectors such as wireless systems, semiconductor test, or aerospace and defense communications.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Ten or more years in product management, portfolio strategy, or general management.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Proven record of launching and scaling instruments and associated software</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Direct experience shaping platform and module strategies that balance reuse, differentiation, and cost.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Demonstrated success turning market and customer insight into prioritized roadmaps and commercial results.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Global experience working across regions and cultures.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field required.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or Physics preferred.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Master of Business Administration is a plus.</li></ul>Critical skills:<ul><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Strategic thinking and business acumen, including market analysis, opportunity sizing, and investment allocation.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Executive‑level communication, including clear written narratives, compelling presentations, and confident delivery in high‑stakes forums.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Analytical rigor, financial fluency, and proficiency with modeling for pricing, margin, and unit economics.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Technical depth in radio frequency measurement and instrumentation sufficient to challenge assumptions and make sound trade‑offs.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Customer orientation and the ability to translate use cases into precise requirements.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Leadership that sets direction, builds followership, and drives accountability in a matrix environment.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Program leadership across hardware, firmware, software, and applications, with disciplined risk management.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Operational discipline, including stage‑gate governance, metrics, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Measures of success:<ul><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Portfolio revenue growth and margin expansion versus plan.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Product vitality index and share gains in priority segments.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Predictable roadmap execution.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Talent attraction, development, and retention.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Quality of executive communications and the clarity of decisions made in portfolio reviews.</li></ul>Other details:<ul><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Reports to the Vice President/General Manager of the RF Business Unit.</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Travel up to 25 percent, domestic and international.</li></ul>The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below. CA pay range: MIN $192,360- MAX $351,780 Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by regionThis role is eligible for our Keysight Results Bonus Program US Employees may be eligible for the following benefits:<ul><li>Medical, dental and vision</li><li>Health Savings Account</li><li>Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts</li><li>Life, Accident, Disability insurance</li><li>Business Travel Accident and Business Travel Health</li><li>401(k) Plan</li><li>Flexible Time Off, Paid Holidays</li><li>Paid Family Leave</li><li>Discounts, Perks</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>Adoption Assistance</li><li>ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan)</li><li>Restricted Stock Units</li></ul> <a href="https://about.keysight.com/en/jobs/careers_privacy_statement.pdf" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" style="color:#ff0000" target="_blank">Careers Privacy Statement</a>Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer Keysight Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
